Hosted by Rail Baltica, this roundtable will bring together finance experts, project representatives, and industry leaders for an open discussion on how to secure and sustain investment in Europe’s most ambitious rail projects. Moving beyond the immediate challenges of grant management, the conversation will explore how major infrastructure initiatives can maintain financial resilience amid shifting economic and political conditions.
