ETR1000 VERY HIGH-SPEED TRAIN

Operation in Italy since June 2015 (branded by Trenitalia as Frecciarossa). Italy-France cross countries operation (Milan-Paris corridor) successfully started in December 2021. Additional 20 trains have been delivered for operation in Spain by ILSA in November 2022. A total of 80+ trainsets (640+ cars) has been built to date. An iconic, fully TSI compliant product, providing reliable operation in Italy since 2015 and today delivered leveraging on a full in-house production, including Traction Converters, Traction Motors, and Bogies. Our ETR1000 comes with the provision for operation in 8 European networks, including Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. - Flexible layout The interior layout is flexible and can be easily reconfigured to suit different travel needs, as already in operation in France and Spain. - Up to 4 Classes of service Executive, Business, Premium and Standard Classes are available to better meet customer needs, as well as to provide the best pleasant journey possible. -Latest onboard technologies Our ETR1000 is equipped with the cutting-edge onboard technologies, e.g. an advanced and fully redundant HVAC system allowing for fresh air and energy consumption regulation according to the effective number of passengers on board (through CO2 sensors). As for digital signalling, the latest ERTMS system (in addition to country-specific legacy systems), makes our ETR1000 highly interoperable and suitable for operation across Europe.
