Diamond Interaction Chamber

The Genizer diamond interaction chamber is a key component of Genizer high-pressure homogenizers, utilizing microfluidic technology with nano-sized micro-channels. It subjects the formulation to high shear and impact forces, resulting in nano cell disruption and particle dispersion. The Y-type chamber is particularly suitable for processing liquid-liquid materials. The microfluidization chamber is used for particle size reduction, nanodispersions, nanoemulsions, nanotube, graphene, cell disruption, cell lysis of bacteria and yeast, microencapsulation, nanoencapsulation in polymers, liposomes and oils, solid dispersion and suspension and deagglomeration.
