Th BioXp De novo mRNA synthesis kit enables the synthesis of purified mRNA upto 1.8kb from digital sequence. This kit contains all of the reagents necessary to produce capped and tailed synthetic mRNA along with the error-corrected template from digital sequence. The BioXp Select mRNA synthesis kit enables you to synthesize purified capped and tailed mRNA between 0.4-10kb. The kit contains all the necessary reagents for on-demand synthesis of mRNA using a linear DNA template generated with a plasmid or PCR product for transcription.
