Digital Evolution at Debiopharm: A Journey Guided by FAIR Principles

Debiopharm is implementing digital initiatives to reinforce the data FAIR principles within the organization, particularly focusing on non-clinical data. Our data fabric consists of a Central Data Repository (CDR) for unified data storage and management, and a Metadata Repository (MDR) interconnected with the CDR to enhance data governance by overseeing metadata and aligning terminologies. Additionally, a data integration and analytical platform connected to the CDR, Genedata Profiler, is used to maximize the value derived from data in the Translational Medicine Department.
