The Transporter 5® + AmpliFect™ transfection kit contains our trusted, highly efficient PEI transfection reagent, Transporter 5®, as well as our cutting-edge transfection enhancer, AmpliFect™. AmpliFect™ is designed to work synergistically with Transporter 5® transfection workflows resulting in a 2x increase in viral vector (AAV, LV), recombinant protein, and mAb titers.
