opDNA®

opDNA® is a synthetic, cell-free DNA construct with a 3’ stabilised open end, designed to feed directly into in vitro transcription (IVT) reactions. It does not require enzymatic linearisation or de-ending, simplifying mRNA manufacturing workflows and reducing process complexity. Using our cell-free manufacturing process, long, continuous poly(A) tails can be directly encoded into the DNA template. This removes the need for downstream enzymatic tailing steps and helps minimise the risk of batch failures commonly associated with plasmid-based workflows.
