ssDNA

ssDNA is a linear, single-stranded synthetic DNA product with stabilised 3’ and 5’ ends, designed to support precise genome editing via homology-directed repair (HDR). It offers an improved cytotoxicity profile, making it well suited for sensitive gene editing applications. Manufactured using our enzymatic, scalable, cell-free process, ssDNA is free from bacterial sequences, including antibiotic resistance genes, supporting improved safety and regulatory compliance for in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo use. Templates can be custom designed with variable homology arm lengths and are suitable for complex sequences, including high-GC regions, to meet the needs of advanced cell and gene therapy programs.
